Trenton Laird, Manager of The Construction Group, LLC
With over 30 years’ experience, Trenton Laird is an industry leading General Contractor in North Texas and enjoys challenges from the most sophisticated architects and clients. In 2006, Trenton founded The Construction Group and has made significant contributions creating a business of skilled professionals. From plan unit developments to large commercial buildings, Trenton delivers first-in-class product to the DFW community.

Matt McCoy – COO & Client acquisitions
Matt joined our team in 2021 and has been involved in all aspects of The Construction Group, including project management, estimating and business development. His tenure as a Construction Owner’s Representative at CBRE, brings The Construction Group a unique insight to build strong relationships with developers, asset managers, and tenants.
Phil de Verges – Information Technology & Office Manager
Phil has been working with The Construction Group as an outside contractor since 2018 and officially joined the team in 2021 to further expand IT systems and office workflows.
Lorin Craig – Account services
Lorin leads our accounting team and is the enthusiastic champion of The Construction Group. Her ability to process information and build scalable solutions make her an excellent financial operator.
Hillary Keen – Lead A/P
Hillary joined the team in early 2021, she manages & maintains accounts, processing invoices for payment, invoicing records and reporting of procedures.
Miguel Rodriguez – Superintendent
Miguel joined our team with a tremendous amount of carpentry and commercial drywall experience. This makes him a great asset for our typical modified commercial integration into residential products. He has a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and facilitate difficult projects. With over 20 years of site construction experience, Miguel has the ability to face all the challenges of our high architectural detail needs.
Bryan Beckman – Superintendent
Prior to joining TCG Bryan worked in the hospitality industry where his hands-on approach as general manager garnered respect from employees and patrons alike. Bryan brings with him decades of management and operational experience to TCG. When not at work, Bryan loves to travel, enjoys spending time with family, friends and his dogs.
