The Construction Group, LLC. (TCG) is a cost-plus general contractor.

We do not design structures, yet pride ourselves with our ability to create space by coordinating with architects, designers, and members of the project team.

We pride ourselves in on-site supervision and delivering a personal relationship to our clients.

TCG does not take on many projects at one time as it does not allow the individual attention each project deserves.

From cost analysis during the initial bid process to the change orders, TCG works with our clients continually to manage expectations and keep them informed of the process.

Our accounting is managed by Sage Master Builder, what we feel is the best industry specific construction software currently available.  Each project has an individual trust account in which the owner will have real time access throughout the project.  This allows the authorized users to access bank account records 24 hours a day.

Through GANT chart scheduling, and continuous budget awareness, we feel we will be able to keep our clients informed of both the construction timeline and the cost of the project.

TCG prefers to meet with the client both on site weekly and one budget meeting off-site per month.

TCG holds pre-construction meetings with subcontractors, owners, architects, and any other relevant project members.
